We're on the hunt for a team of awesome, passionate people, to help us out! There is a bunch of bonuses to helping us, including free entry to the show and plenty of time to look around at all the different things.
There are some set up jobs we need help with from Wednesday 19th to Friday 21st July, and then of course across the actual show on the 22nd & 23rd July.
We don’t want volunteers working non-stop for the entire Saturday and Sunday, so we create rosters to give you plenty of breaks and time to go wander around the show. And we make sure you get fed and watered too.
Help is required everywhere, in the Live Action Arena, handing out show packs and collecting tickets, assisting in the car park, working in the halls, helping staff with competitions, and so much more.
Not only is it fun but it gives you the opportunity to work inside the event industry receiving some first-hand experience with what is involved in running one of New Zealand’s premier shows.
We will also provide a reference to all volunteers who complete their duties as it often helps with your work experience or course studies.
